Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anchor website, apps and related services (together, “Anchor”, “we”, “us”). By using Anchor or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Anchor.

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, to use Anchor. You’re responsible for making sure that sports betting and the use of betting tools are lawful where you are.

Anchor is an information and entertainment tool. It shows sportsbook odds and calculates payouts, probabilities and other figures based on those odds and the confidence you enter.

• Anchor is not a sportsbook. We don’t accept, place or settle bets, and we never hold your money.
• Anchor does not give betting, financial or investment advice, and nothing on Anchor is a recommendation to place any bet.
• Figures such as “chance to cash” and “expected profit” are estimates and depend on your inputs. They are not predictions or guarantees of any result.
• Odds shown may be delayed, incomplete or different from the price your sportsbook offers. Always check the final price before betting.

You can sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google or Discord) or a one-time email link. Keep access to your email and sign-in provider secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly through our contact form if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

One person, one account. Don’t share accounts or create accounts for someone else without their permission.

Anchor offers a free plan and optional paid subscriptions. When paid billing is available:

• Free trials. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. We’ll remind you before it ends. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you’ll be charged.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until cancelled.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Refunds. If you ask within 7 days of your first paid charge, we’ll refund it in full. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
• Price changes. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change affects your subscription. Early-access members keep their reserved price while their subscription stays active.

Reserving a plan during early access is free and doesn’t commit you to buy anything.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, copy or bulk-download odds, outputs or other content from Anchor, or access it with bots or other automated means;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the methods, models or source code behind Anchor;
• Use Anchor’s content or outputs to build, train or improve a competing product or any machine-learning or AI model;
• Resell, redistribute or publish Anchor’s outputs commercially, including as paid picks or tips;
• Interfere with, overload or try to get around the security or usage limits of Anchor; or
• Use Anchor for anything unlawful, including where sports betting is prohibited.

Anchor, including its software, design, text, graphics, calculations and methods, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Anchor for your own non-commercial purposes under these Terms. Team names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify games.

Anchor relies on third parties, including odds data providers, public sports data, sign-in providers, hosting and analytics. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their accuracy, availability or practices. Links to sportsbooks or other sites are for convenience only.

Anchor is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that Anchor will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any bet will win. Gambling involves risk; only bet what you can afford to lose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any betting losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of Anchor. Our total liability for any claim relating to Anchor is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

You can stop using Anchor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect Anchor or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Anchor after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
