We collect the minimum we need to run Anchor, never sell your data, and let you delete it whenever you like.
Last updated September 14, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Anchor collects, how we use it and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your personal information, and we don’t run ads.
We don’t collect your sportsbook logins, bets placed, payment card numbers or government ID.
We keep account data and saved slips while your account is open. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is kept for up to 12 months. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law.
Depending on where you live (including under California’s CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. We honour these requests for everyone, wherever you are.
To make a request, use our contact form and choose “Privacy or data request”. We’ll verify it’s you and respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls so each account can only reach its own data, and passwordless sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Anchor is only for people aged 21 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.
We’ll post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
